EQ uses a variety of luxurious settings for their retreats and fitness breaks. Offering a holistic approach to health our five-day retreat focuses on both physical and mental wellbeing with a programme including nutritional advice, personalised exercise plans and complementary therapies such as Reiki, Acupuncture, Shiatsu Massage and Hypnotherapy.
