Our Focus on Mind - Focus on Fitness Weekend Could be What You Need; starting at 2pm on Friday and finishing by 3pm on Sunday this Health and Wellbeing Weekend is set in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside within and around the stunning grounds of Horwood House. Our Focus on Mind - Focus on Fitness Weekend has a unique combination of physical and relaxation exercises which rejuvenate the body and focus the mind.

The exercise programme balances high intensity with low intensity workouts whilst encouraging both the mind and body to work more in harmony with each other. As with all our Retreats we do a lot of exercise but the programme is not a military style Weekend Boot Camp as every exercise session is tailored to suit the fitness levels of the attendees. Our highly qualified and experienced personal trainers work hard to ensure that you get great results by doing things right, rather than just trying to get you to do as much as possible in as short a time as possible. The deep relaxation workshops will quieten the mind, help you focus on what you want to achieve and rapidly dissolve stress.

The nutritional workshop will bring you right up to date on the most recent healthy eating ideas and you will learn how the mind works in times of stress and how we can use that knowledge to allow us to perform better.
